Resume Extraction Overview

Tobu automates the process of extracting resumes from multiple sources into a private, searchable database.

Supported sources include:

• Gmail, Outlook, and other email providers
• Desktop folders
• WhatsApp messages
• Google Drive and other cloud storage services

Each resume is automatically identified, parsed into structured fields (name, contact details, experience, skills), deduplicated, and stored in your Tobu workspace.
