Bulk Downloading Search Results in Tobu

When you want to export search results in bulk from Tobu, there are three main ways to get your data into Excel format. This article focuses on the second method: bulk exporting search results.

1. Ensure Permissions

- Make sure you have the necessary permissions. - Administrators have access by default; regular users might need approval from the company admin.

2. Perform Your Search

- Run a search, e.g., project managers in New York with 5–7 years of experience. - Once your search results are displayed, you’re ready to export.

3. Export Options

- Click the export button. - Choose to export either:

 - Up to 25 resumes instantly, or
 - Bulk export up to 1,000 resumes.

- For the bulk option, specify the number to export.

4. Retrieving the File

- Large exports may take a few minutes to process. - You'll receive a notification when it's ready. - Download your Excel file from the "Extracts" tab in Tobu.
